Here are a few favourite sauces that we just can’t go with out in our home:
Pukara Estate Connoisseur collection Caramelised Australian Balsamic Vinegar. I could just about drink this Vinegar! I love it over figs, salad, splashed on baked vegetables – there really isn’t too much that this luscious vinegar wouldn’t work with! It is deliciously rich, dark and sticky with a delightful sweet after note without being sickly. Hands down my MOST favourite balsamic vinegar yet!
Island Berries Tasmanian 100% Tasmanian Berry Fruit Syrup has a couple of Medals to its name – A Gold Medal at the 2010 Tasmanian Royal Agricultural Society Show and a Bronze at the Sydney Royal Agricultural Society Show. A versatile syrup that can be used with soda etc for a drink, to pour over ice-cream, as a glaze for meats or as a dressing for salads.
