I recently had a Moroccan themed dinner party where I cooked up the following:
Sesame Crusted Haloumi bites with warm honey for a starter along with some dips, olives and bread and Dukkah.
Followed by my own variation of a Moroccan slow cooked lamb stew with almonds, sultanas and pinenuts; Moroccan spiced prawns, Cous Cous, Carrot, red onion and olive salad with toasted pinenuts and a honey vinegar dressing and a Quince upside down spiced cake with vanilla icecream for dessert.
Thankfully there were no complaints! And yep, recipes will be up on the blog at some stage after I try them out again. (I like to make a dish more than once to be sure its ok.)
