Curry in a Hurry!

If you’re a fan of TV Cooking shows then you maybe familiar with Marion Grasby a previous contestant on MasterChef Australia who now has her own range of Asian inspired products available from your local supermarket.

Loving Asian food myself, and always on the lookout for ways to make dinner-time easy, I thought I’d try out some of Marion’s products. I always thought her food looked interesting and tasty when I saw her on Master Chef.

The packaging is easy to follow and the product is wonderfully tasty. So far I have tried the Red and Green Curries and have a Packet of the Pad Thai next on the agenda to try out. The packet comes with all the accompaniments you need to make a wonderful curry sauce such as the paste, coconut milk, dried herbs and fish sauce and a packet of bamboo shoots to boot! All you have to do is decide what staple you want to use, eg chicken, prawns, vegetables etc and the instructions easily guide you through the process. You will also need to provide your own rice.

Here is the Green Curry in action:
There are in fact six products currently in the Marion’s Kitchen product range aside from the three mentioned there is also a San Choy Bow, Singapore Noodles and Thai Basil and Chilli Stir-fry packs as well and I’m going to make it my mission to try each and every-one so watch this space to find out what my thoughts on the rest of them are!
